Do you remember this little guy? He’s packed on a few pounds :)
I had my second shoot with Mr. Patrick. And what a sweet lump of sugar he is!
I’m so excited to continue documenting his first year of life. Knowing first hand how fleeting these moments are, it’s my pleasure to freeze time the only way I know how.
Can you think of anything that would make entering the season of thanks, joy, and peace more special than a new baby?? I can’t.
The Purcell’s. Matthew, Jennifer, and sweet, precious baby boy Patrick. New babies. It’s a time full of so much hope and wonder for the future, looking forward to who this little person will become. Yet at the same time, an intense desire to freeze time. I hope these photographs do just that.
Ali and Jen are twins. Ali lives in Georgia. Jen lives in Indiana. So while Jen and her kids were down for a visit, they thought it would be a great chance to get some cousin pictures!
Most people understand the insane love you feel for your own child, but there is something so deeply special about the love for your sister’s children as well. So it was my pleasure to capture these sweet, loving, and rambunctious cousins. :)
I was so excited when I got asked to do a pet session. Pets. I get them. They’re family. They’re fun. They’re loved. There’s a reason why people with pets live longer. And that’s not opinion, it’s a fact. So let me introduce you to Miss Molly Mountain.
Molly enjoys her ball and frisbee, the occasional dress-up, sweet tea, Alabama football, but more than anything…she loves her Manda.
The Little’s. Dustin, Miriam, and Arabella. We met Dustin and Miriam last January in our Natural Birthing class. We had the same due date. But Lucy came earlier and Arabella came later. I was so excited when Miriam asked if I would take some 6 month pictures of Arabella. Besides just getting to see them again, Arabella is a beautiful, perfect little doll. And everything Miriam brought for the photos meant something, whether it was something from Dustin’s childhood or something Miriam’s father had brought back from Mexico. It was a fun evening with a special family.
I look forward to watching as our girls continue to grow! If only they would slow down a little…
